Conclusion of Schwoben War Criminal Trials

After many court sessions, the war criminal trials in Schwobenland have concluded. Around 800 northern were tried in courts with three main punishments being used against the criminals : Execution, Life Imprisonment or other prison sentences. This marks the definitive end of the Schwoben struggle against the northern fascist movement. However, some fascists are still at large with the SFF committing frequent attacks.

Among those sentenced were Vilen Heldt (Northern Leader) and Hermann Ulrich (Northern Minister Of War) both of whom were sentenced to death by the Supreme Court of Schwobenland. This sentence gives a sigh of relief to those thinking that the worst of the criminals would get off lightly. These Criminals will face the worst punishment that the high court can give, in the form of hanging drawing and quartering.  The two highest profile criminals will be hung drawn and quartered with a further 50 other criminals being hung from the neck until dead. These are the worst of the worst who gave the orders to kill thousands and used despicable means to do so.

A further 200 war criminals will be sentenced to a life of imprisonment within a super max prison where they will be locked in a cell 24/7 for what they have done. This will be the likes of those who ran camps and caused misery for many. 400 will get off with lighter sentences ranging from 10-50 years as their crimes weren’t as severe. Whereas 148 were found not guilty and did not engage in any activity which broke any laws surrounding war.

Prime Minister Dietrich gave a statement earlier - “After many court sessions and many months, justice is finally delivered. Thanks to all those who fought to bring these disgusting biological tragedies to justice. We owe you a great debt, we will remember those who died to prevent this evil from spreading within our nation and claiming millions more lives.”

The king of Schwöbenland was also present for all of the court sessions. He has very limited power nowadays, needing the Supreme Court to agree with him to sign a death sentence, but he signed off on all of the criminals that were sentenced to death.

His sister (Gisa Diaz), the princess of Schwöbenland who tends to stay away from the public eye was there for the sentencing of her husband. Her husband (Philipp Stentz), now dubbed “the prince of fascism” was one of the higher ups in the Northern Government, yet got off with one of the lightest sentences. He was sentenced to 3 Years imprisonment within one of the nicer Schwoben prisons.

It seems as though he got off easily simply due to that fact that he was the princess’ husband, she appears to be tied to fascism due to her husbands beliefs and paired with her obvious very strong and conservative beliefs. This is assumed to cause much public outcry due to the fact that a war criminal is getting off lightly.

A member of the public we interviewed over this matter said “It’s disgusting, I don’t care if he is married to supposed royalty. Why does she deserve to be royalty anyway, all she does is hide and sulk about how her brother became king and she didn’t become queen. And how dare she obstruct one of the most horrific men from getting what he deserves.”
